.Thursday, June 25th
President Obama made a pledge to us that he would make Health Care Reform a reality, and that reality is coming more sooner than later, in fact, its urgent! Health Care Reform is being fast tracked, and we have to make sure that the CWA's voice is heard. All employers must pay for health care for their employees, and this will level the playing field for all working people. Along with other unions in the AFL-CIO, Local 1108 will be organizing a day bus trip to Washington D.C. Contact Michael Gendron at (631) 654-1108 to RSVP. The time is now to make sure our voices are heard! Make sure that on June 25th, you are part of history, and you throw on your red on get on the bus!
